Our Katahdin is proud to recognize Gillian Obregon as our Summer 2026 Community Champion!

Though she hasn’t called the Katahdin Region home for long, Gillian has already made an extraordinary impact through her dedicated volunteer service with Daughters of the King and I Care Ministries. Whether she’s keeping the food pantry stocked, organizing donations, or simply taking the time to listen and encourage those who walk through the door, Gillian serves with humility, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to helping others.Her quiet leadership, genuine kindness, and willingness to tackle every challenge with enthusiasm have positively impacted countless individuals and families throughout our region. Gillian’s faith, generosity, and servant’s heart remind us that one person truly can make a difference.Gillian, thank you for your selfless dedication, your unconditional love for our community, and for making the Katahdin Region a stronger, more caring place to call home.
