Michaud Trail Gardens
Help beautify the Michaud Trail!
Project leader: Bobbie Allen
The Michaud Trail was named by the Town of Millinocket for U.S. Congressman Michael Michaud, in recognition of his service to the Katahdin region. The trail is a 1.69-mile loop on both sides of Millinocket Stream. The trail is paved, and features good signage which directs you around the loop. A walk or bike ride along the waterway is a refreshing experience any time of the year!
Bobbie Allen works very hard as the sole volunteer landscaping the Michaud Trail in Millinocket.
She needs a few supplies for the trail, and could use our help. She needs a 55-gallon water barrel, a water spicket with a pump, and 2 game cameras. The game cameras are especially important to deter vandalism along the trail.
