Remember baseball games as a kid? Pick up games with your friends on the weekends, or late in the evening as the stars came out in the summer? What was your favorite part? Nachos with cheese from the concession stand? Running around with your friends while your older brother’s team played? Hearing the thwack of the bat as you hit a homerun?
New Little League rules require all teams to have new bats. Patten Little League has one team in a normal year, however this year we have two teams! A typical team usually needs four or five bats to accommodate the various player sizes. Patten Little League is planning to purchase three bats per team, six total. Patten Little League will buy Rawlings 5150 bats, a quality bat that will last for many seasons.
