Our Katahdin’s most ambitious on-going Community Development project is located at 230 Penobscot Ave, strategically in the heart of downtown Millinocket. The vision for the Opportunity Hub includes retail space for small businesses on the first floor and the future home of the Katahdin Gear Library (KGL), combined with co-working space on the second floor.
