I am an outsider living in Indiana with a summer cabin on Lake Onawa. I love the Katahdin area and think Millinocket has so much potential as a tourist destination that I feel compelled to comment. The mill is closed. Those union jobs will not come back. The question is “Will you wait till all the ex-union wage-earners are dead before embracing the future.”
