There are many suggested plans on the internet including one from the American Kennel Club. Generally need an acre or two, fenced, a poop bag/ trash receptacle and near water is suggested. There are so many dog enthusiasts in the area. Every other car or truck that rides by seems to have a dog or two aboard. I've been to a nice park in another state. Very cool.
